i want to stop but i can’t quit.

i want to be doing but i can’t start.

there is an amount of force required to get the ball rolling. enough energy must be applied to overcome the gravity holding it firmly to the earth.

there must be a bulwark sturdy enough to bring a halt to that motion.

and yet i would like to balance up top and just enjoy the ride.
